The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Subscriptions (Starter, Pro): cancelling stops future renewals, and the plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. [Whether Zorowatt offers a money-back period on a first payment is still to be decided.] Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Single site analyses: [the refund terms for analyses that were bought and not used are still to be decided].

To ask for a refund, write to [email protected] with the e-mail address you paid with, or reply to your receipt. A refund goes back through Stripe to the original payment method.
