Who sells to you

We sell to you directly: the seller is [selling company — to be confirmed] (Zorowatt). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card.

What you get

Access to the Zorowatt web app, in the browser: upload a site's meter data and bills, check the data, rebuild the bill, size a battery, compute the payback and download a PDF report. A site analysis is one site with one 12-month dataset, and any number of scenarios on it.

Free: 1 full site analysis, once, for 1 user; its PDF report carries a watermark. Starter (€49 a month, 3 site analyses a month, 1 user) and Pro (€149 a month, 25 site analyses a month as a fair-use ceiling, 3 users, the report under your own logo) are subscriptions, billed monthly, that renew automatically until cancelled. Enterprise is priced by contract. The plans and their prices are on the pricing page.

Single site analyses cost €15 each, paid once, with no subscription. They do not expire and are used only once your plan's own analyses for the month are used up; that is also how Starter's analyses past 3 a month are paid.

Founding offer: the first 100 organisations to subscribe to Starter pay €29 a month instead of €49, for as long as that subscription stays active. A place is not given back when the subscription is cancelled, and moving to Pro ends the offer.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing page linked in your account, or by writing to [email protected]. The plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, then the account returns to Free. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Your data and your clients' data

You keep every right to the data you upload and to the reports you make. We use it only to run your analyses, as your processor under the data processing agreement, which is part of these terms.

You confirm that you may upload it: that your client agreed, or that you have another legal basis to share their meter data and bills with us.

Estimates, not advice

Zorowatt gives feasibility estimates computed from the data and assumptions you provide. They are not investment, financial, legal or engineering advice, and not a bankable guarantee of savings. Zorowatt does not control batteries, trade energy or design electrical protection. The disclaimer, which is part of these terms, explains the limits.

The service is provided as is, without warranty, to the extent the law allows. Check the results before you or your client act on them.

What is not allowed

Sharing an account beyond the users your plan includes, reselling access, uploading data you have no right to share, probing or overloading the service, or copying the battery database or the tariffs in bulk.
